David is clearly a ‘natural. He is an instinctive and skillful listener, with a calm friendly manner, that enables him to connect quickly and understand what is really going on. Whilst having an infectious sense of humour, he is never fearful of pushing into a potentially tricky area, if he thinks it raises an issue that needs exploring or clarifying. The time I spent with David was invaluable as I reassessed my goals and priorities and put in place a new way of working.
